Tracy Anderson Already Back To Her Pre-Pregnancy Body!

Celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson, is already back to her pre-pregnancy body in just six weeks after giving birth to her second child.
It’s not like she had a lot to lose because she gained pretty much what a woman should gain during pregnancy, a moderate 25-30 pounds, which she did by watching what she ate and staying active.
“A lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to let their bodies go, and that’s the worst thing,” Tracy says in the new issue of DuJour. “I feel like I’ve lived an entire lifetime since then.”
