The troubled starlet was spotted crawling into the back seat of a cab today, after police were forced to act at the weekend after she ignored the suspension of her driving license.
But Bynes’ trip to a boutique in Hollywood still did not go without incident, after she reportedly locked herself in a changing room for two hours, refusing to come out.
