Rihanna Reveals That She Starved Herself for Magazine Cover

Rihanna has quiet a busy schedule, which means minimal time to workout, which means she hits it hard when she does her 25 -minute workouts three times a week. Determination is one thing Pasternak says she’s got.
“She’s been really focused and stepped it up,” Pasternak says.
But when she’s not on the go, Rihanna tries to workout five days a week, increasing her cardio to 30 minutes a day from 10 minutes with a combination of biking or cycling, jumping rope without a rope, stationary jogging and jumping jacks.
“She can do those in a hotel room or backstage before a show,” Pasternak says.
As for her eating, Rihanna eats five small meals a day based on Pasternak’s 5 Factor diet.
“They’ve been a big hit with our music and entertainment clients,” says the trainer, whose team also works with stars such as Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
“She looks amazing,” says Pasternak of Rihanna.
“She keeps getting better and better!”

‘When I saw her this time, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her, “Robyn, you’re getting too fat!” But I think she’s fine, I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys. She’s dieting, she’s working out.’
